A native of Louisiana, Nicole has a Bachelors of Arts in English - Liberal Arts and a Masters degree in Educational Leadership: Administration/Supervision at Southern University and A&M College, Baton Rouge, Louisiana. While in college, she served as Association for Women Students' President and Vice-President of the Beta Psi Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated. She is currently employed as a Special Education Supervisor, and is a doctoral candidate in Educational Leadership. Nicole was accepted to and attended multiple summer institutes at Harvard University, focusing on data-driven decision making, leadership, and Closing the Achievement Gap. Additionally, she has attended a number of professional conferences throughout the United States focusing on leadership development, Strengths Coaching, and the field of education.
Besides her professional walk, our CEO has always been a trendsetter in the community in the areas of fitness, fashion, and lifestyle progression. She is a graduate member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., member of NSN - Louisiana and a chartering Executive Board member of The National Coalition for 100 Black Women - Metropolitan Baton Rouge chapter. Nicole is an advocate for empowerment, education, self-development, and strengths-based coaching, with a passion for teaching and leading others to their purpose-driven lifestyle.
